To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

太太有事過嚟中環。話想過嚟翠玉軒食午飯，因為上次食過OK。中午到，人都多。兩個人點咗3個點心，一個叉燒，一個炒飯。蝦餃燒賣正常美心集團水準，中環價就收$88一籠，都ok。芋頭酥（$70）好食，反正老婆鍾意。叉燒（$160）偏瘦柴口，講唔上叫叉燒王。有點失望。翠玉軒炒飯（$170），炒飯炒得幾香，有水準。（唔記得所以食咗一半先影）整體環境服務ok，食物水準比以前差咗。埋單近$800兩個人。一般般啦。不過中環區中菜選擇唔多，無辦法。
