在中環工作的朋友們,好多時都會到「翠玉軒」,是區內商務宴客的首選,主要是價錢都合理,最近就試了新推出的手工精製粵菜,口感都不錯。胡麻醬鮮淮山 鮮淮山有益又好味,加埋胡麻醬超夾,鮮淮山入口好爽,個人好愛。柚子漬車厘茄  同樣是我的至愛,車厘茄本身已很甜,入口有柚子香,開胃又解膩。蔥油菠蘿海蜇球 海蜇皮及海蜇頭都知,但「海蜇球」是什麼呢?原來是廚師用心雕出來,將海蜇球化身成菠蘿的模樣,口感爽脆拌以蔥油同吃,好滋味呀!清心潤肺素湯以笑佛做裝飾的陶器盛載着,保持熱度,入口時湯品真是熱辣辣。清心潤肺、除痰化濕、健脾益腎於一身,清心潤肺素湯材料有無花果、海底椰、雪耳、黃耳……等,湯頭清甜順喉。椰青清湯牛坑腩 入口油脂豐盈、牛味濃郁,應該是新鮮的本地新鮮牛坑腩,並以椰青熬製湯底,肉質嫩滑配上清甜湯汁,堪稱絕配。櫻花蝦香芋蒸黑豚肉餅 這道「蒸肉餅」絕對是家常飯的升級版,食得出是新鮮手剁黑豚肉,並加入櫻花蝦及芋頭粒同蒸,底部鋪滿芋頭片,芋頭吸引晒肉餅鮮味精華,又夠粉,好滋味,而肉餅在櫻花蝦的伴襯下,味道同樣升到更高層次,必試。招牌濃湯海皇泡脆米飯脆米飯內裏有帶子、鮮蝦、魚肉……臨上枱前侍應才倒入海鮮湯及脆米,在海鮮濃湯內浸泡過的米飯,粒粒也是很鮮甜,加埋脆米的口感,好味指數爆晒燈。魚湯竹笙煮星斑 平時食東星斑總是覺得清蒸至能食到東星斑的鮮味,但今次這道東星魚湯煮熟,配以爽滑竹笙,吸滿魚湯精華,越吃越鮮,最正是廚師細心到連骨都起埋,真是啖啖鮮味全送進口內,鮮味攞滿分。 continue reading

太太有事過嚟中環。話想過嚟翠玉軒食午飯,因為上次食過OK。中午到,人都多。兩個人點咗3個點心,一個叉燒,一個炒飯。蝦餃燒賣正常美心集團水準,中環價就收$88一籠,都ok。芋頭酥($70)好食,反正老婆鍾意。叉燒($160)偏瘦柴口,講唔上叫叉燒王。有點失望。翠玉軒炒飯($170),炒飯炒得幾香,有水準。(唔記得所以食咗一半先影)整體環境服務ok,食物水準比以前差咗。埋單近$800兩個人。一般般啦。不過中環區中菜選擇唔多,無辦法。 continue reading
