最近有位後生咖啡是極度推薦這裏麵包店,我住附近竟然冇去過,當然要去下啦。 初次佢叫咗個sourdough and lemon scone (佢話好耐冇出過). 老實講, 個scone 我食咗啖就掉了,曬咗$29。好doughy, 好似over mixed, 唔識欣賞。跟住試吓sourdough, 自己睇吓有咩問題. 睇到啲窿窿就知佢發酵得 uneven. 自己焗就冇所謂,但係專業又咁有口碑嘅bakery 我唔會expect. 食埋個味,個started 味還好,但又是doughy. 推薦都要邊個推
