越開越大但仲要晚晚訂位坐無虛設白灼東風螺-本身新鮮已經夠鮮甜椒鹽瀨尿蝦-火候小小大足,肉嫩鮮甜但未能迫到入味黃金蝦-火候夠炸得好脆殼都食得,咸蛋味好香入到味落蝦肉但又唔會咸肉又唔會鞋砵酒焗蠔-口感香脆但中間軟糯粉,砵酒味剛好唔會食唔到但嗅到好香,小朋友都食到唔苦,食過咁多間最一次必叫豉椒炒聖子米粉底-聖子炒得好入味得來又唔會老,夠林滑小朋友老人家都唔會厭韌,但米粉底就油膩左啲,汁唔夠索唔到蒜蓉粉絲蒸扇貝-蒸到過晒籠咬唔開,肉厚但唔甜,粉絲無浸透蒸完都硬碰碰,生熟蒜夠晒可惜西芹炒杉斑-西芹翠綠嫩無渣,斑球嫩滑啖啖肉唔腥又彈牙,魚厚身但起骨淨返小小紅炆斑頭腩-魚肉炸得夠脆,味道偏淡左有火腩蒜頭炆但唔香,汁收得唔夠乾身菠蘿炒飯-飯太硬太乾半生米而且油膩,肉鬆好碎撈埋飯食都唔覺,腰果夠脆有硬口,菠蘿酸甜夠開胃整體煮工唔錯,不過有老人家食唔到新穎煮法,加工費又唔費抵食又好食
