To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

已经有一段时间吃谭仔了，今天在佐敦办事，完事后特意跑到白加士街的谭仔吃晚餐。进去的时候还有不少空位，但被安排到的餐桌却有点窄，再胖一点会坐不进去。店员极力推荐他们新推出的香茜皮蛋脆肉鲩米线，但价格好像贵了一点，最后还是吃普通的米线。牛肉清汤米线再加了一份肉酱，看上去份量不多，只有几块牛肉片，味道普通得很。肉酱也很一般，放在汤内也没有令米线更美味。 但汤没有以前的咸，吃完没有口渴的感觉。今天消费不贵，如果要求不高，谭仔算是便宜之选。
