琴日係旺角行去大角咀,經過天橋底,見到有間野叫心夜來潮,招牌幾特別,唔知咩來,行過去八卦下,店主話係食潮汕野,新開幾日現時試業中,我初頭以為打冷鹵水,但睇完Menu發覺除左汕頭手打牛肉丸聽過之外,其它菜式都有好新奇聽都未聽過,膽粗粗一於試試啦。平時係街邊d小食檔食開一串串既牛雜,今次品嘗下第一次用煲裝住既牛雜.賣相幾好,顏色偏淺無街邊牛雜咁深色.感覺比較乾淨.擺係台緊係相機食先,但未食之前已經聞到香味比d熱力逼緊出來.對我來講由於菜式比較陌生,店主好熱情咁我係地隔離一路介紹,話呢個牛雜鍋本身係鄉下餐廳已經係馳名菜式,食客慕名而來.所以將醬汁秘方轉移過來香港.醬汁用十七種香料十幾道工序煮成.牛雜炆得好入味,口感唔錯,試一啖醬汁香而不鹹,我食得出有咖喱,五香粉呢d香料味,其他就估唔到,睇下下次食家估唔估到.剛開始食既時候味道適中,但煲野一路滾一路食,味道越來越香濃,就好似平時食雞煲咁.要點上自制既辣醬,中間仲有舊腐乳.乜腐乳唔係點羊腩架咩?牛雜都得?但試過又出奇地夾.個名好搞笑,未食睇落似狗仔粉果類,連個名都有個動物呢度有馬騮人地有狗仔.我都唔知點解要咁叫.我食得出係刀削麵既粉質,但d粉唔

我幾中意個裝修.招牌好靚,環境好有鄉下Feel,連檯凳,掛飾,筷子筒,醬油筒都用心配搭.
店主話初五正式開張,到時既菜式仲會多d,下次再來試過.
