To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 之前食過一次都正正常常，但食過今次之後唔會再光顧。首先係落單，原本坐低時服務員有講冇晒飯，只可以嗌麵餐，唔明白點解後來有四個客人入嚟嗌外賣，反而可以嗌到四個飯餐。坐低Order咗「滷雞扒肉燥乾拌麵」，麵質就中規中矩，本身比嘅汁已經唔多，撈起上嚟已經唔太好食。「滷雞扒」就簡直出晒事，可以話係食過最鹹嘅雞扒，可能係因為夜晚過去食，雞扒已經滷咗好耐，但都冇可能整到咁難食，得個鹹味。未食完當下，已經唔止一位服務員多次催促，其中一位更加直接用手指住我地，稱「佢地未走，點執嘢啊！」趕收工唔使咁樣掛😅用餐體驗極差，不會再光顧。
