To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

中伏的雜錦魚生丼飯，一打開已經覺得中哂伏，賣相超級難睇加趕客，係面頭望落去已經見到勁多白飯位係冇餸蓋住，魚生勁細粒又冇刺身鮮味，吞拿魚口感好差，所有食材份量超小，已經好正常咁一啖飯夾小小魚生咁食，到最後食哂魚生仲剩左起碼3份1飯係到，加上食材質素好差，唔建議試，真係仲衰過X鮮。然後仲要去食多左一個麥當勞餐先至夠飽，真心唔抵。食過咁多間大型或小店既壽司店，以丼飯黎比，真係未食過咁差既丼飯，呢個地段收55蚊一個魚生丼飯，仲要比個咁既質素出黎，我係同區或跨區到港島都係差一兩蚊價錢內既丼飯，人地量足，料靚，有部份仲要有埋味噌湯加沙律，可見呢間幾咁搵笨！附近一樣價錢有其他高質過呢間，寧願行遠小小都唔會再去呢間到食，已經通知埋朋友唔洗試呢間伏野，真係搵笨，比寫手食評呃左，嬲！！
