To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日下午點了清炖雞湯拉麵，鍋貼。麵條黏成塊狀，用湯浸都不能分開；雞湯直情是君子之交（淡如水）；雞肉如煲了兩日，纖維粗糙，完全無味。鍋貼尚算合格，皮十分厚，底部煎得不夠（硬，但唔脆），內裡尚有少許肉汁。麵完全下能吃，在飢餓下，惟有吃了鍋貼後埋單走人。不會再去了。
