To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 地點在中環的舊樓,比較破落的那一種。普遍份量少,除了大拼盤可以讓兩個人吃,其他的都只夠一人下箸,大約要叫3、4份才勉強夠2人食,其他菜式沒有驚喜,都是看生菜裝飾,連其他食評人推介的擔擔炒意粉也很一般,感覺不到擔擔的味道和踪影。地方很細,滿座亦不捨得開冷氣,話會滴水,到差不多離開時可能太多人投訴很焗才開,只有一個侍應走全場,服務欠奉,要什麼都是自己去找,最搵笨是$180開蛋糕🎂盒費。另外厠所在外很污糟頗恐怖。這樣的經驗,也許只有情有獨鍾破落的香港情懷才識欣賞吧!
