To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

一年前曾吃過，覺得ok ,今次再選食。但非常失望，一定不會再幫親。首先講，食品款式，海鮮類小，沒有大眾喜愛的龍蝦，蟹。 溫泉旦配極小量的海膽，烏冬，完全無味，仲要限量派發，排了三次隊才能取到。燒牛扒無味道，Pizza 不熱，焗帶子配芋頭蓉，哇簡直難吃。最緊要女仕至愛的甜品，款式差，想打卡取 like 都難。。然後心太軟也非常差。埋單須時20 分鐘。。以這收費 和 Hyatt 聲譽完全接受唔到。。一個字。。差。😤😤
