To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日諗住試下凱匯樓下D餐廳，晚餐叫左香酥豬扒肉燥拌麵（$64），台式小食拼盤（$68）同黑糖珍珠鮮奶（$19）。環境整齊清潔，上菜速度正常，拌麵份量不多，建議將拌麵水份整乾，而且麵的質感差，肉燥冇咩味，炸豬扒唔好食又薄，香腸質素普通，花枝丸同鹽酥雞尚算可以，黑糖珍珠鮮奶真係好難飲。估唔到呢個價錢會係呢個質素，真心好唔得，性價比十分低，好難搵到比佢地更差的台灣菜。總結：不會推薦俾朋友，以後不會再幫襯。
