椰青焗海鮮飯 $148 平時就食得多菠蘿炒飯,今次就第一次嘗試呢到菜。餐廳會將完隻椰青上,內面就放滿海鮮飯,外面就淋上椰汁。而椰青嘅汁同米飯充分融合,令到飯變得更加濕潤同香滑。每一啖都能食到椰子的自然甜味,十分開胃。海鮮有蝦同埋魷魚等、焗過程中都吸收左椰青囓香氣,不會過於油膩。
