覺得fine dining會好拘謹沉悶?🍽呢度話你知1d都唔boring! 唔知係咪咁樣, 所以間餐廳個名咁特別呢? 仲要有個”?!”標點符號係後面, 都幾eye catching一入門口已經比火爐裝飾吸引到🔥, 唔知點樣可以keep住有燈有煙但無味唔熱 坐係隔黎真係好有feel! 不過今日平日餐廳都算滿, 我地就被安排到餐廳靠邊嘅位置, 雖然自成一角, 但因蔡瀾美食坊嘅餐廳都係採用open design, 反而有d近商場嘅後門, 係唯一不足之處。食物都好有驚喜例如蘑菇湯會加黑松露油同蛋白泡沫增添質感🍄 仲要食到啖啖蘑菇粒, earthy味濃郁焗蟹蓋用黑松露雜菌同蟹肉味道更鮮🦀 口感都更特別香芒大蝦沙律係一個常見既配搭, 但呢度連淋落沙律菜既醬汁都有芒果味 非常refreshing是日餐湯係羅宋湯, 比較正宗清清地, 唔係港式用茄膏開果種。最想讚既係個多士, 竟然有芝士得黎仲有sun-dried tomato, 非常有誠意主菜睇擺盤已經贏左, 店員仲可以好熟練咁樣即場用mustard畫碟fillet mignon點左medium rare, 岩岩好又唔會好多血水, 仲保持到肉質嫩滑,
