To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

端午節連續有三日假期，又唔去得外地旅行，咁啱朋友去深水埗影懷舊相片，我一於去趁下熱鬧，影完相，再去食懷舊車仔麵，我哋去咗基隆街聚來車仔麵，朋友話餐廳食材絕不添加味精，衛生又健康。車仔麵和餸份量足，整齊地排放在麵上，廚師好有心思！值得一讚！朋友揀自選車仔麵，有魚腐、豬皮、豬大腸、龍蝦丸、幼麵，配沙嗲汁、秘製辣汁小辣。豬皮爽口入味，豬大腸清洗乾淨冇異味，而且非常入味，幼麵彈牙，掛上湯底好好味，老闆話湯底係用豬骨和雞熬製，當中絕無添加味精，食得健康，再加上沙嗲汁和特製辣汁，辣辣哋好惹味！我也揀自選車仔麵，雞中翼、豬皮、豬大腸，幼麵，沙嗲汁、秘製辣汁小辣。雞中翼肉質嫩滑入味。幼麵夾埋湯底食，既爽口又香甜，因為冇味精，食完都唔會好口渴！凍鴛鴦凍華田，味道方面都夠濃，不會太甜！招牌鮮煎餃子，韭菜餃拼芝士粟米餃，餃子即叫即煎，趁熱食非常香脆，尤其係芝士粟米餃係最適合煎黎食，餃子內嘅芝士呈半溶狀態，真係芝味十足超好味！
