不用動腦,交由廚師為你發板實在享受。食物帶來驚喜,廚師也有幽默感,完美的一頓晚餐。先來三款時令菜色,不時不食,金栗,螺,竹筍都係季節款式,味美。滑溜的茶碗蒸永遠一瞬間就吃完。最喜歡北海道生蠔,蠔膏飽滿啊!今晚食豪啲,二十道菜的「水月」,主要係刺身。金鯛,石垣貝,白子,清淡的味道先打頭陣。燒吞拿魚顎太好味,油份迫出,脂香滿腔。肉質滑。鯖魚卷,海膽稍為濃味一點增加食欲。深海池魚和吞拿魚都係又肥又美,咀嚼起來,油脂更特出。昆布汁帶子用來間場,再戰壽司。油甘魚,赤身醬油漬,炙右口邊,黑木魚都係今晚壽司代表,perfect。海綿蛋有點像布甸甜點。白粟米可清清味蕾。最後的鯛魚湯,充滿著貼心的享受。
