To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

放工原本諗住同家姐去旺角食完飯先返屋企，但忽然想起今日係最後一日取件，所以先走回慈雲山。慈雲山中心係領展的地頭，唔想食D連鎖快餐店，所以走到一樓的元氣。因為平時想食壽司，等位起碼都等一頭半個鐘，依度就唔同，唔駛等。我地坐左近牆的卡位，所以要點餐，剔剔下就入左單。壽司都係一大盤咁上，睇到就開心。不過對比其他分店，依間分店的壽司就比較差D，剌身唔太新鮮，唔夠甜美，同切得好薄好細，夠飯都唔夠實，一夾就散。連我最鍾意食的火炙三文魚都不符合預期~但又唔係入唔到口果D~勝在唔駛等位啦!
