To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 不知所謂之食店

平時冇食開，因為趕時間，見冇咩人，就入去來個速食，叫左個我覺得係最快出來既拉麵，結果等左4個字都未有，咁未吹佢單，佢第一句唔係話幫我睇下跟下，佢話好多單，但我眼見全店客人都食緊，問佢何來多單？佢話人地食同你食既野唔同，我即事冇野講，之後冇食就走了，呢度唔好講D野好唔好食（因為未食），最大問題係服務態度一句多單大晒，講句check下跟下都好，唔係唔比你多單，但都唔係咁做生意，最火係出去收銀地方同佢投訴佢當我唱歌，冇服務，態度又差，野食好食有限
