琴日去買外賣飲品,見到門口貼咗個QR code俾人外賣自取落單咪用囉,俾錢嗰度淨係可以取餐時付款,咁照揀取餐時付款。之後佢就有預計取餐時間,餐廳入邊有冇位等外賣,咁我就響門口等佢出餐。佢門口位有張枱仔放外賣自取嘅嘢食嘢飲,我一路等一路望住,到咗取餐時間都仲未有嘢飲出,我就入去問個侍應張單有未。個侍應態度極不耐煩,喝我:「過去俾錢啦。」,但就冇比指示去邊度俾錢。餐廳裏面有一個明顯係收銀處嘅位置,所以我就埋去收銀處俾錢。我掃咗電話個單號同埋落咗單嘅內容比個收銀員睇,佢響收銀部機度撳咗幾個掣再同我講:「$70丫」,我俾錢佢,個收銀竟然呆咗,然後講:「吓,原來你買嘢飲㗎,唔係呢邊俾錢㗎。」然後就攞住我啲錢,帶我去水吧(門口位置),遞咗我啲錢俾水吧入邊嘅女仔(水吧完全冇指示係飲品收銀處)。我喺水吧枱面見到我張單,仲有一杯同我order一模一樣嘅飲品(俾人飲咗一半),然後個女仔就問我落單嘅電話Number頭四個數字。當時餐廳一啲都唔嘈,我講完電話數字後,個女仔一啲反應都冇,呆咗,我再重複一次,佢都冇反應,隔咗幾秒個女仔就問我可唔可以講多次,我唯有再重複多次。然後我問個女仔:「你個System寫住取

更妙嘅係,佢個System有問我要唔要餐具,我嗌嘢飲,餐具即係飲食嘅時候用嘅工具,咁即係飲管啦,咁我剔咗要,個收銀響我攞嘢飲嘅時候響收銀處嗌去門口,問我:「你係要乜嘢餐具㗎?」我答佢:「飲管囉。」佢仲要話:「哦,飲管呀,我仲以為你要啲咩餐具添。」

成個體驗好差,問題有三
一:佢哋落單流程指示極不清晰
二:佢哋落單嘅System講嘅嘢,同佢哋實際操作不一致
三:啲員工懶懶閒,尤其個侍應,態度好差,你就日日響度返工知晒流程姐,客係唔會知嘅,所以係冇理由唔耐煩同態度差,好似個客要知道你哋公司點做咁。

最後兩杯嘢飲,嘥咗我半個鐘時間去等,呢間嘢就算幾好飲都冇用,裏面啲人工作態度,效率,方式都好有問題,唔會幫襯第二次。
