To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 某晚男友黎接我放工, 佢話肚餓就晌冇乜要求下黎呢度. 我地兩個都要左個卡其尼汁意粉, 我就係雞肉而男友要左牛肉, 不過佢就要多左個沙律. 唉, 我地要既野又唔係複雜, 佢地都可以俾錯兩份雞肉. 又要等一輪, 好啦, 終於有得食. 果時我先後悔叫左佢,意粉D芝士汁已經好漏,個意粉底係水+油! 我仲以為自己叫左個油浸意粉! 個雞肉已經唔期望佢係新鮮既, 但又冇味又乾又鞋, 我自己整既烚雞胸肉三文治好食過佢N倍!! 仲有個羅宋湯...冇必要講. 日日100分, 大家樂見!!咁就一定唔駛見! 佢只係值30分!!
