To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日要過中環做野，送完文件就睇下附近有咩食，點知可能撞正食飯時間，間間餐廳都勁多人，最後上左勵精中心一樓的大家樂食，好彩買完餐都搵到位坐。因為疫情關係，座位要隔開坐，所以小左好多位，單人去食飯都睇彩數先有位坐。我今日叫左珍珠帶子福建炒飯配凍低糖綠茶。珍珠帶子福建炒飯都有好多粒帶子，肉粒配料都好豐富，不過D汁有小小偏咸，我之後飲左好多水。

沒有咖喱雞只能食沙薑雞

晚上我在中環「皇后大道中」某粉麵店裡面，購買和食完「牛腩麵」和「炸鯪魚球」晚餐，本來還想順便食多個雞飯，可惜那粉麵店沒有提供「雞飯」。於是我被迫在「皇后大道中」尋找，在晚上的中環還可以食到「雞飯」的食店，於是我走入「勵精中心」樓上的「大家樂」分店，看看有沒有「咖喱雞飯」。很可惜中環「勵精中心」分店的「大家樂」當時已經沒有「咖喱雞飯」，只有「沙薑雞」跟白飯可以給我選擇而已。結果我選擇了「沙薑雞」跟白飯，飲品則加錢選擇了冰凍「楊枝金露」飲品。「大家樂」的「沙薑雞」實際份量真的很大，相反「沙薑」醬汁的實際質感十分稠身，稠到我無法把「沙薑」醬汁直接淋在「沙薑雞」身上。至於「沙薑雞」本身的口感尚算新鮮，沒有從「沙薑雞」雞肉裡面食到任何雪味或者霉味，而且我還在「沙薑雞」雞肉裡面感覺到，有像「鹽焗雞」的鹹味。相反「大家樂」廚房擺放在「沙薑雞」旁邊的伴碟「西蘭花」，「西蘭花」的實際口感新鮮程度相對「沙薑雞」而言，只是非常一般的程度而已。至於「楊枝金露」飲品裡面的芒果汁味道感覺很甜，就連飲品裡面的柚子果肉也有很多，柚子果肉的口感感覺也很新鮮，味道也都算甜，「楊枝金露」作為「大家樂」套餐飲品，算是不差了。

    快餐店設立系給我們一個特快公屋的進餐地方。但今次真的中伏。地方是好的，乾淨，整潔，清潔姐姐好快收拾客人的餐具。值得一讚是負責食物的那位經理，通常在這個位置，有沖茶，有同廚房對話的同事，有放食物員工，最少要四至五位同事做這些崗位。這個經理，除了同廚師落order. 不是他負責之外，其他他一腳踢，而且效率可以用「超快」來形容。我份餐五秒巳完成，真的想講一句well done👍👍但食物的質素真的失望，同另一間快餐大xx. 又失色好多，魚柳炸到過火，而且食得出，「番炸」好乾，魚柳完全唔得，冇肉食😒腸仔咸，面包焗住又焗。唯一可以的就是杯奶茶，不過不失。

        是日工作繁忙，必須速食，在大家樂用膳好處就是不需要細閱MENU，從小到大已把MENU 植入腦海，省時非常。一瞥間決定好要吃叉燒切雞瀨粉，飲紅豆冰。大家樂效率高是無容置疑的，但之後找座位確是煩惱，大多數客人外賣拿走。我拿了食物找座位再問大概三次才順利坐下來，但我並沒有忘記我是很趕的。叉燒切雞瀨粉賣相吸引。我在鯨吞之際感受到食物麵湯微微灼熱，溫度適中。不過咬著咬著竟發現有Al-Dente (烹调得不太軟的，耐嚼的)  的感覺，大概是有點未熟，恐怕是廚師們也跟我一樣忙吧。我亦情願而有點生，也不要太稔。紅豆冰以即棄膠杯盛載，冰和水跟奶斷層，喝下只有水味道。不到10 分鐘我就吃飽離開，姐姐爽手的清理桌子讓下一位食客用餐，延續著香港速食文化。

        本來想先去附近銀行，不過銀行未開門，所以過來吃個早餐。點了魚柳和炒滑蛋，但是一埋位坐低已經聞到有怪味，心裡感覺不妥。雖然吃下去沒有甚麼異樣，但是一點都不好吃，魚柳不新鮮，炒蛋也沒有味道。跟餐的奶茶是OK。但是我想點解要付$31.5吃咁差的食物？真係好後悔來光顧。我真的以後都不要再來了。

            I saw many bad comments about the food of cafe de coral. To be honest, it is only a chain restaurant instead of fine dining, I think according to the price, their food is fine.They are doing a promotion for the new food item, $33 for the rice in lotus leaf and a hot drink. I am a fans of this and there is no reason of not trying. The portion is alright, maybe not enough for guy but I am quite sure most ladies can't finish the whole. It is warm instead of hot which is a bit disappointing, I guess

            The rice itself is good, not too salty but has flavor. Got quite a lot of mushroom, some dried shrimp and pork. I am not a meat lover so the amount of meat is just fine.
            Not the best rice but from the price, it is better than average. If I only have $33, I won't be able to get the ingredient and make it myself at home.

            Stopped at Cafe de Coral for a quick bite to cure the hunger pangs before dinner. There was a chicken leg and ice cream red been drink for $29. The ice cream, they said, was Dreyers rocky road. Though they had a choice for fried or soy sauce chicken leg, when I ordered, they only had fried available as soy sauce was sold out.The chicken leg was ok. I would have preferred it to be soy sauce but oh well...could only get fried. However, the red bean drink wasn't too good. There wasn't a lot red bea

            However, the red bean drink wasn't too good. There wasn't a lot red beans and most of it was milk. The red bean itself was still a bit hard. The ice cream that was advertised was a rather small scoop. I almost didn't see it. Rocky road also was a weird combination with red bean.  I think I'm just more used to vanilla ice cream with my red bean drink. Having it with chocolate and a bits of peanut was not as good.

              好耐無食 今日再去 叫左個吉豬炒旦餐 大失所望 乜野都縮左水咁 吉豬size細左好多 同埋唔夠熱！連塊面包都好似無以前咁大塊 但個價錢我又唔覺得佢有平到 咁既質素真係離晒譜 下次唔會再試

                是日上午打風，下午轉3號風球後就即刻返工，碰著下午茶時間就買個茶餐返公司食，見到焦糖熱狗新出就試試焦糖熱狗+咖哩角，熱檸茶$29焦糖味唔夠，食唔到甜味，第一啖好濃芥末醬，熱狗腸夠晒大條，配菜仲有洋蔥，磨菇咖哩角，炸得幾香口，咖哩香而不辣，饀料都幾多，快快食完又要努力工作
