To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 在12月16日中午发生，因為当日中午完本订了四席 解穢酒，主人家在火葬場 做咗全部事情之後上車，打電話到酒樓 ，打電話通知咗酒樓同員工我哋會在半個鐘頭後到， 跟住對方話準備，但係搞笑嘅事情開始發生 ，個知客小姐話我哋呢訂咗枱都冇用因為遲到，所以將我哋嘅枱賣出去給客人， 我哋捉捉企喺門口攬住先人相片，你說如何情況出現，最好笑的 是，我們全部人在门口等了4O分鈡有此親人叫不用吃，但是因為有订金原因，再次问知客得来结果都是一句， 你們遲到所以要等， 要登幾耐先至可以有位畀我哋入因為啲老人家同小朋友已經好不耐煩， 她说答不到，最后家人开始直入大堂找高層，将情況给他知，誰不知和门口几位冇知識豬頭一樣， 因為知道所以要等， 搞到我幾個親戚叶打嗌殺先至有機張胎畀我哋啲客人食咁你話係咪令到先人都難堪？
