To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

呢排成日係海怡呢邊出出入入，咁又一定走唔甩就係食譚仔啦～不過都唔係食得太多次，呢間今日第二次食！每一次我都係食過橋米線，實無走雞啦，料次次都係果啲～咁問題就黎啦，應該每一次味道質素都一樣架嘛，但係今日食呢，啲肉嘅質素問題就feel到哂啦！今日嘅肉比起上次又硬左少少un左少少，問題都唔係太大嘅，不過有feel囉～～每次都係食過橋米線清湯，今日第一次轉下口味，試下湖南酸辣，結果果然同想像中一樣，出哂汗係咁洗鼻水😂仲出少少眼水添🙈不過整體嘗試覺得唔錯😬
