To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日去咗間餐廳食個火鍋套餐,真係有啲嘢想講下。望住個小火鍋,個譚仔湯底好好似平時食10小辣咁,上面飄住幾片生菜、一舊油豆腐同埋一粒紅卜卜嘅番茄,賣相都幾靚。試咗啖湯,味道就有啲淡,感覺好似清水咁,冇乜鮮味,可能要落多啲調味料先得。再講下配菜,生菜新鮮爽脆,油豆腐吸咗啲湯汁,不過吸得唔夠入味。肥牛片睇落去都幾靚,雪花紋路清晰,不過煮完之後有少少韌,口感差咗啲。個白飯就正常啦,軟硬適中。酸菜同芫荽呢,酸菜夠酸,開胃,但係有少少鹹;芫荽新鮮,不過唔係個個都鍾意。餐廳環境都幾舒服,座位寬敞,價錢就中等啦。總體嚟講,呢個套餐就普普通通,味道有啲欠缺,不過如果想食清淡啲嘅話,都可以試下嘅。下次可能要試下其他米線,睇下會唔會好食啲。

因想食米漿線, 已光顧多次, 但食物一般, 但樓面職員10個有8個都冇禮貌, 有些仲黑口黑面, 問嘢就叫你睇返餐牌, 唔知呢D係咪叫譚仔味, 夠哂重口味。下過,一定不會再幫光顧。

呢排成日係海怡呢邊出出入入,咁又一定走唔甩就係食譚仔啦~不過都唔係食得太多次,呢間今日第二次食!每一次我都係食過橋米線,實無走雞啦,料次次都係果啲~咁問題就黎啦,應該每一次味道質素都一樣架嘛,但係今日食呢,啲肉嘅質素問題就feel到哂啦!今日嘅肉比起上次又硬左少少un左少少,問題都唔係太大嘅,不過有feel囉~~每次都係食過橋米線清湯,今日第一次轉下口味,試下湖南酸辣,結果果然同想像中一樣,出哂汗係咁洗鼻水😂仲出少少眼水添🙈不過整體嘗試覺得唔錯😬

已經係第N次食譚仔米線,好多度嘅分店都食過,自從鴨脷洲呢間分店開咗,有時都會去幫襯下😊😊不得不說譚仔真係會食上癮,今日就去試吓佢新出嘅蟲草花醉雞翼米線🍜湯底係醉雞翼湯底,好特別,有陣淡淡的花酒香,不過雞翼就係單邊,網絡有四件,其實只係兩隻,價錢$43👍🏼 差不多等於平時叫嘅兩餸米線海怡半島呢間分店,廚房比較透明,可以見到入面嘅衛生狀況都係絕對可以接受,唯一要認真反映,係佢嘅質素比較不穩定,食嘅米線,有時偏軟,有時偏硬,如果跟返其他店舖嘅標準就好🍜☺️

不過不失譚仔最近喺海怡開咗分店,緊係要嚟試下新野叫左最鍾意食既番茄湯底過橋米線,相比起以前或者出面食開既過橋米線,硬係覺得份量少咗,肉起碼少左幾塊。不過番茄湯底值得一讚,好鮮甜,差d飲晒
