To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 要吃高質的點心專門店, 不能錯過添好運。雪山义燒包名不虛傳, 熱騰騰的又香又多餡, 並非只是一味的甜, 义燒很有肉味, 管它的, 三個小人連吃了兩個呢~~~ ╯з╰蝦餃燒賣乃必叫之物。蝦餃皮薄多餡, 難得的是蝦肉爽而不油; 燒賣亦然, 沒有一般的油膩感, 做得夠精, 吃完絕不會掛著一口油。盅頭飯選了應是無人不愛的鳳爪排骨飯。飯底蒸得夠煙靭乾身, 趁上濕潤豐腴的鳳爪掛骨, 就是滋味!點心介乎十多二十元, 以米芝麻食肆來說, 確是超值低食呢。
