食潮州菜,自然要打冷同蠔餅,所以每次都會去試下o唔ok,今次終於試到一間比較出色的。首先講下地點,旺角南記上面,絕對係方便,唔會搵唔到。之後講返d服務,好多鋪頭成日都會漏單或唔夠材料唔會通知,但佢會交代無咩菜,之後介紹同類或接近的菜, 值得一讚。滷水鵝片:鵝肉入口鬆化,滷水汁好入味,鵝味香濃,油香豐富,食到忍唔住要多食幾片。傳統鴨蛋煎蠔餅: 正宗嘅蠔餅係要用鴨蛋來做,因為蛋味比雞蛋香, 蠔餅會更加結實,但出面好多鋪都用雞蛋整,想唔到今次會食到鴨蛋的蠔餅。香辣魚仔炒花甲:花甲每一隻都大大隻,入口無沙,炒得好香,真係好食。下次如果要再食潮州野,一定會選擇佢。
