To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

話說新年初六，一行9人（4小童4-8歲，5大人）由東涌興致勃勃搭的士入去玩，因為兩人一爐，我哋要分5個爐，其實咁樣冇問題，但話事嗰個除收人頭費外，堅持要收開爐費，我哋亦講小朋友唔會燒好耐，只想只俾小童價就算，個話事嘅女人不斷咁話政府咁安排，唔關佢事喎，對我嚟講，實在過分，態度亦非常差！佢哋似住嗰度獨市，所以咁囂張🤬最後我哋寧願飛的去小欖嗰邊燒，嗰邊態度極度好，只計人頭數，開爐費亦由我哋定，嘢食亦好味！非常良心嘅燒烤店！
