家明今明加班,我約了會計師莊少吃日夲菜,他說威靈頓街開了一間新的浪人日夲料理,他說他剛收到一筆數,所以我們决定吃豪一点,一於選日夲料理!莊少前菜点了有機五色蕃茄配梅汁軟凍,賣相很漂亮, 而且真的很清甜,用上梅汁的配搭,把蕃茄的酸更入味,這個五色蕃茄真合時宜!刺身六点,有三文魚腩,油甘魚加八爪魚的組合,豐腴甘香。入口即溶化,真的很鮮味!海膽伴温泉蛋高温啫喱,真的不得不提,有漂亮的三文魚籽加上鮮味的加拿大海膽,真的一絕!吉列日夲和豚,炸豬朳又香又脆,我真的喜歡!主角是松茸釜飯,真的神級之作,把木魚絲醬油放在飯內攪入,多上松茸的香味,莊少一下子吃光光!石籠炸有三件白魚肉在內,加上外面炸得又香又脆,配上三款特色鹽,真有特色!最後吃上豆腐甜品,今天晚上又怎能抗拒浪人的誘惑,明天又要多跑步,不然又被彬彬駡了!
