To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今次终於嘗到最差嘅摘“星”食店。眼見滿場遊客,個待應仲問我識唔識睇中文menu (唔知我係似賓賓定ABC 呢?!) ,食完呢餐堅感覺d遊客俾d旅遊書呃,而又唔明究竟係米豬星有問題定係添添嘅質素下滑呢?!首先制度好有問題,追加点心只可加一次,即係点呀?!追加完食唔飽都逼你埋單,然後再走出去排隊再入嚟食? 然後又寫到明即叫即蒸,但樣樣嘢嚟到都係凍嘅!! 蝦餃 - 除咗皮厚,我無嘢再講! 糯米雞 - 除咗成隻係凍嘅之外,我無嘢再講! 煎籮白糕 - 除咗凍同無籮白味之外,我無嘢再講! 叉燒包 - 呢個算正常,因為係熱嘅!仲有鮑汁鳳爪同潮州粉果。因為經已好失望,所以連相都無影。都係得果句 ; 凍同埋皮厚!最慘係d茶都係凍嘅! 無可否認佢係平,平得嚟就算唔好味都要d食物熱先得嫁。
