整體來說甜品係100分有surprise但由前菜到main dish, 可以講好普通無論係所謂驚艷的自家製pancake包tuna, 定pigeon, 定係abalone, 都係食完..嗯..ok..還可以啦$2000一個人黎講,就覺得好一般不過我覺得另一個比較令我覺得唔comfortable係我expect michelin restaurant 既staff都會有manner d?但我全晚覺得佢地只係似普通西餐廳既waiter質素,只端菜上台時解釋左一d餸菜名稱而已。無論笑容,整體望落去一個人既整潔度,精神度,都係欠奉。之前我有睇post, 話arbor d staff無禮貌,但我覺得未至於無禮貌,但好似茶餐廳求其拎碟餸出黎咁。或者因為不是酒店內的米芝蓮餐廳?所以員工無受一致性既酒店禮儀訓練?整體比我感覺係食物還好,員工的態度欠奉可以選擇的話..我寧願食番amber, petrus or lenvol
