話說喺疫情之後,已經有兩三年冇嚟過銅鑼灣,今日行街,發覺好多鋪頭月 甜蝦配蝦膏蝦肉,估唔到日本嘅鮮甜蝦,配一大啖蝦膏,係更有層次。呢個係我食過最有驚喜。 吞拿魚赤身,肉質清爽,油脂均勻,口感適中,不會感到油膩。 大拖羅,顏色略為偏微微粉紅,脂肪比例較高,魚香持而有恰到好處的魚油脂香味,食落非常甘香,脂肪豐富。 右口魚邊, 估唔到咁好食。😱 冬瓜好似醃製過,製作成小飯糰卷,食法好創新。冬瓜乾卷食落非常之解膩, 冬瓜乾清甜。
