To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 星期六的添好運雖然少咗好多人,但疫情下座位減半都要等15分鐘先入得去好就好在依家唔洗搭檯2人點了8碟點心都幾瘋狂酥皮焗叉燒包必點去貨快,熱辣辣上水準keep到,皮薄外酥脆餡夠多叉燒份量足,唔會得幾粒細細潮州蒸粉果各款餡料比例正有D好多粉葛,呢個唔會蔥、粉葛、肉碎、花生比例好鮮蝦燒賣王有少少失望餡料得D蝦肉碎,冇原隻蝦,又冇筍味道尚可蜜味叉燒腸皮滑又薄餡夠多,啖啖都食到叉燒豉汁蒸鳳爪潮州蒸粉果陳皮牛肉球冇食鮮蝦燒賣王正常、多肉
