2025年1月1日想趁一年之始,去食一間很久無食過的食肆——添好運(大角咀),選大角咀是因為它剛完成裝修,想睇吓有沒有驚喜。驚喜卻換成一肚氣。一坐下來,才知原本不用挑也不另收費的茶葉,於是選了「一級鐵觀音」,來到之後,第一泡無味,以為第二泡會改善,卻因水溫不夠高,所以茶葉不出味。後來忍唔住,麻煩侍應更換,新入職的肥哥哥仔好好人,幫我們加夠兩包茶葉,再沖一次,結果飲到最後都係無味。失望😒第一樣叫的是皮蛋瘦肉粥,完全唔熱,又麻煩待應哥哥仔翻熱才勉強食到,但味道不佳。第二樣叫黃沙豬肝腸,豬肝並沒有「沙」,味道尚可,溫度不夠。第三樣雪山叉燒包,大家估到熱度無從前的熱,味道可以。而新餐牌卻沒有了豬肺湯,失望!總體而言,完全失望!不會推薦👎🏻

最離譜同失望就係佢個酥皮焗叉燒包,但唔記得影相,仲話招牌菜,我一咬落去入面係唔熱嘅,一啲都唔好食。。
其實一早都已經想走㗎啦,因為入邊啲選擇係少得可憐,如果唔係我都唔會叫個排骨飯。。

The porridge is just like rice water and tasteless, just like adding boiled water. Steamed rice with spareribs, the ribs just melted inside your mouth, no texture at all. the rice noodle rolls still very smooth but the meat is tasteless. I can't undertake that they want to keep the cost within budget but I the poor quality will push the customers away. I don't mind to pay more for the old quality, but now I don't think I will visit this shop again.

Steamed rice with spareribs, the ribs just melted inside your mouth, no texture at all. the rice noodle rolls still very smooth but the meat is tasteless. I can't undertake that they want to keep the cost within budget but I the poor quality will push the customers away. I don't mind to pay more for the old quality, but now I don't think I will visit this shop again.

十年前在總店食添好運,因為夠平,又好味!近年轉型後,點心款式大致相同,價格卻提高了。那是當然的,都闖出個名堂來,有旅客。現在茶錢都$12位(嶄新冷泡茶)只是gimmick野,想跟隨市場步伐兼乘機加價,可是茶包味道很淡呢,沖一壺就無味了,不知道是否可要求換新茶包?我寧可喝傳統舊茶$6位商業化後點心味道變普通了往時有感雪山叉燒包出色現在只有腸粉仍然是嫩滑的

喺香港點可以無食過添好運,性價比咁高嘅價錢嚟講,點心質素真係好好食!我覺得有以下幾樣特別出色雪山叉燒包熱辣辣嘅雪山叉燒包,咬落去外皮好鬆軟,入面嘅醬汁同叉燒亦都好豐富,外脆內軟 停唔到口,一啖接一啖😋😋豬潤腸粉豬潤腸粉一啲都唔腥,豬潤嘅份量亦都好足夠,腸粉外皮好煙靭,不錯🥰燒賣燒賣入面好足嘅蝦仁同豬肉,啖啖肉都好彈牙,好食😆鮑汁鳳爪炆得好入味,一啖咬落去滿滿嘅鮑汁,滿滿嘅骨膠原,值得叫添好運喺香港嚟講算係遊客必到嘅地方,點心質素依然保持到,而價錢亦都唔算太高,茶位亦都係$5一位😆😆

熱辣辣嘅雪山叉燒包,咬落去外皮好鬆軟,入面嘅醬汁同叉燒亦都好豐富,外脆內軟 停唔到口,一啖接一啖😋😋

豬潤腸粉
豬潤腸粉一啲都唔腥,豬潤嘅份量亦都好足夠,腸粉外皮好煙靭,不錯🥰

燒賣
燒賣入面好足嘅蝦仁同豬肉,啖啖肉都好彈牙,好食😆

鮑汁鳳爪
炆得好入味,一啖咬落去滿滿嘅鮑汁,滿滿嘅骨膠原,值得叫

添好運喺香港嚟講算係遊客必到嘅地方,點心質素依然保持到,而價錢亦都唔算太高,茶位亦都係$5一位😆😆

每次想食點心,想不到新店都會到添好運。通常都是點某幾款小食,整體質素都係水準以上。首先話蝦餃,味道清甜鮮美,蝦肉鮮嫩多汁,皮薄韌度啱啱好,煮得剛剛好,不會太爛或太硬,感覺好新鮮。燒賣亦然,燒賣皮有啲彈牙,燒賣肉有足夠嘅鮮味,不會太鹹或太淡,十分開胃。✨鳳爪係我唔可以錯過嘅點心,添好運嘅鳳爪雖然唔算係最大隻,但係味道十分正宗,醬汁香濃有味,鳳爪肉質腍滑,肉皮亦夠軟滑,都係非常好食。馬拉糕亦係另一款經典點心,味道唔會太辣,但又有足夠嘅香料味,質感腍滑,好適合搭配一杯熱茶食。❤️最後講下雪山叉燒包,雖然呢款係添好運嘅招牌點心,但我覺得味道一般,叉燒肉質有啲老,包皮唔算太鬆軟,亦唔算太韌。不過,好處係叉燒汁夠多夠濃郁,所以都算食得過癮。✨添好運嘅點心質素都係水準以上,雖然未到最好食,但係價錢合理又食得滿足,所以都值得一試。
