難得與好姊妹聚會,當然要食得豪氣一點,偶爾吃個Omakase都對得起荷包~ 記得要預先book位,識食當然要選$1750的Omakase 啦~ 茶碗蒸,幼滑的蒸蛋面層,鋪上粒粒魚籽,令口感更添鮮明對比沒有想過「鰻魚BB」都可以刺身,配上冷麵汁,滑嘟嘟的口感,又幾新奇!鯛魚白子(應該是男士恩物。。。),個人感覺有點像爽口一點的蟹膏口感,加上酸汁和辣蘿蔔蓉,惹味開胃。螢光魷魚,以三杯醋加薑調味,帶點煙韌青酒鮑魚,香濃清酒醃製的鮑魚,酒香撲鼻,鮑魚肉質鮮嫩,讓人吃得陶醉!深海池魚伴上幼細芽蔥,為新鮮池魚添上莫名滋味魴鮄魚,不是常見的刺身,呈淡粉紅色的魚肉,肉質爽嫩新鮮不易捕獲的鰆魚,在鮨文卻吃得到,以網燒炙香的魚肉,伴上辣蘿蔔蓉入口,煙薰半熟的魚肉,肉質鮮美!中吞拿魚朒,超滑漏的吞拿魚朒,入口立即溶化,大愛!靜岡蜜瓜,甜得有如蜜糖的蜜瓜,可選擇淋上威士忌,令蜜瓜的甜味昇華,一試難忘
