To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

●黑金奶黃流沙包(10入) 之前去婚宴會館吃過這款流沙包過後，就沒有任何流沙包可以當我心中的第一名了，黑金外皮使用竹炭粉下去製作，讓整個流沙包直接超高級感，一撕開那裡頭的金沙流心也直接爆出來，吃起來鹹鹹甜甜的完全不會膩口，好吃到我可以直接一顆接著一顆享用。●蜜汁叉燒酥(6入) 大成的叉燒酥主打有72層酥皮，使用氣炸鍋烤大約15~20分鐘後，那72層酥皮真的超酥脆，吃起來沒有太多的油膩口感，搭上好吃的叉燒內餡完全不會太乾澀。●蘿蔔香酥餅(10入) 這是一款可以用烤的也可以用炸的蘿蔔香酥餅，完成後的外皮金黃色看起來超可口，內餡有蘿蔔絲、青江菜與胡椒香，喜歡重口味的朋友們很推薦這款，不過口感有稍微偏乾，來杯熱茶就很剛剛好。
