平日無去開飲茶,老公話肚餓,早上10半左右到新都會潮庭(第一次去),門口話有位,但要90分鐘交檯,我們自己入去,全場得2個待應,等左一陣先幫我們開茶及開單自助落點心,我問有無截單時間,待應話無,我們最初點了3個孖寶,諗住食飽D, 最後10:49分落多1個孖寶及糯米雞及棉花雞,11時半,有經理主動開始幫其他檯收錢,我們不以為然,諗其他人早入座,而且點心未到,所以無來收錢,11:40點心才到,我們食完幾12點左右,諗住結賬,等了陣才見經理才出現,叫他來結賬,收左錢出單,我才發現為何收正價,原本早茶約$300,要收$435.6,我問經理點解,經理話要11:30半結賬,系統自動改價,我話點心11:40先來,他話唔好意思無辦法,你應該11:30照結賬,比你們可以坐到12:00, 重話有2百幾張檯,無可能提客,明明見佢主動到每檯收錢,但收到我們附近就上返前面再收錢, 我們後來找第二個女經理,話我們11:40才出點心,她話點心要時間,想話我們遲落單,check 機,見最後10:49落單無野好講,為有話係棉花雞及糯米雞係耐,11點半點心未到點都要結賬先,你們第一次來都無辦法,在張單寫欠點心及簽名,話最多下次來送個點心比你們

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification.
