To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

大家食，一個港式面食的傳奇。招牌照抄大家樂，店主不覺得是問題，加埋「有此人樣貌方為本公司」，你實在吹佢唔漲。間野upup dupdup咁，店內既電視仲長期播住亞視，你咪理，D野好食就得啦！而且蔡san仲俾過獎佢地添佢個茄蛋牛面，真係由細食到大！即係咁，要令茄、蛋、牛分別有茄、蛋、牛味，真係好難既事！咁多年了，Ok在味道仍然一樣，冇特別好到，又冇特別差。反觀「鬧雙包」而衍生出黎既另一間「卡通版大家食」，D茄蛋牛真係太唔係路，佢地個湯底，太酸了，我真係接受唔到囉！而另一個鎮店之寶：東坡肉都真係我另一飛佛！草根既價錢，就可以食到呢樣中國非物質遺產級既美食！！(其實爛鬼肥豬肉嗟，根本唔係好貴之嘛！)或者你會話，肥豬肉之嘛，有乜咁特別？特別在佢果個甜甜地又唔太過甜，又唔會太過酸喎，OK啦，東坡肉陣味都係咁架啦，味道唔可以有特別大上落，之但係佢果種鬆化，入口即溶果下快感，真係完全蓋過果份罪惡感！
