To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

一心以為Green Papaya收11pm,原來10pm已關門,之前也來過這裏吃麵,趁這機會重臨再吃.酸辣湯麵向來受歡迎,心想這麼晚也應該賣光,果真如事,友人只好另選菜肉餛飩麵.菜肉餛飩有四粒,皮包得很薄,菜肉比例剛好,水準很高.我則點了酥炸豬扒湯麵,酥炸豬扒樣子普通,感覺不像是即炸的,入口微暖.香口度一般,但味道不差,肉質亦很嫩滑.湯麵賣相一般,但麵條咬落卻很彈,很驚喜.豆漿很冰,豆味和甜味都不算重,$10有點貴.
