中上環區向來多美食,也有很多餐廳裝修跟食物質素都很高,可是價錢就不那麼親民,難得紅日,經友人推薦後找了這一家CAFE。也不算是太難找,而且這店是搬了新店,跟舊店也相隔不遠,店面也比以前大了一倍。餐牌,價錢很相宜,以中上環地段的CAFE可算是很親民的價格了!餐牌很容易看,它分了很多不同種類,但全是慢煮系列,肉類也相同,只是配的主食不一樣,例如配沙律/多士/意粉/意大利飯Return Black  $36一開首我們來了一杯Return Black,即黑芝麻荳奶,這款適合不喝咖啡的朋友們,雖然是荳奶,但也有拉花,入口很香黑芝麻味,而且是熱飲,喝完很舒服White Charcoal $50中文名是「富士山下」,改得很貼切的名字,外觀好吸引!這個是用上了Double shot expresso作底層,上面是用純奶打成的,質感有點像綿花糖,味道則是甜甜的,而下面的expresso則是微苦,算是「先甜後苦」的一杯飲料吧!Tiramisu Cheesy $44最底是Black Coffee,然後一層厚厚芝士奶蓋層,最面是朱古力粉,另外配上曲奇碎,可以任客人選擇加或是不加。不用攪拌,先是喝面層的芝士,咸

每個人來到都一定會點的流心牛角包系列,餐廳的做法是將湯打成忌廉狀,再抽真空加熱,是要不少功夫的!一切開裡面的龍蝦湯洶湧而出~本來也怕湯會弄濕牛角麵包,弄得不脆口,結果我的擔心是多餘的,牛角包一咬下去依然很酥脆
,而且帶很香的牛油味,龍蝦湯的質地不是很濃郁的那種,但也不會很稀,咸道剛好,整體很配,果然是有驚喜

通常去吃西式食品,都是吃牛排、牛肉,比較少吃牛面頰,所以就選了這個。一吃下去,味道跟我平常吃的牛完全不一樣,牛味很重而且帶點牛羶香,加上用上了慢煮的方法,本身餐廳選用了帶點筋的牛面頰,經過慢煮後,筋被煮至軟化卻又不失其韌度,而上枱前會再把它回略略煎一煎,令它更香,配上紅酒牛肉汁、炸芋絲以及薯蓉,真的能吃出廚師那份用心

同樣是慢煮方法,這個比較特別,我覺得到此店必需要嘗試一下它的 “意大利飯(Risotto)”系列,因為它並不是坊間普通的意大利飯,而是用了健康高纖的白藜麥、生熟薏米做成的仿意大利飯
。我另外再加了南瓜蓉($18),第一口吃下去,又是驚喜之作!本身不太常吃白藜麥和薏米,沒想到兩者是可以混合在一起而且是這麼配,由於是生熟薏米,令其口感不會只吃到軟糯的一面,而是帶點嚼勁,就像吃糙米飯般的口感,而加了南瓜蓉令本身沒什麼味道的白藜麥和薏米增添了清甜的味道。而三文魚也是店舖出色之作,吃海鮮最怕的就是過老/不新鮮,但這個問題又是不用擔心,因為用上了慢煮的方法,吃下去是裡面的三文魚還是肉質細嫩,而在上枱之前也是會把三文魚先驚煎一煎逼出魚油,所以吃起來不會很乾而且有魚油香

吃過了牛面頰跟三文魚,還點了一款是西班牙黑毛豬,還要是邪惡的豬腩部位
,因為這也是店舖的得意之作,當然要試一下。這款是慢煮48小時,可以選配蕃茄汁/青醬,我們還了前者,也是用慢煮去處理,上枱之前再煎封,這個真的不得了,先咬一下是最上面是焦脆,到了脂肪部份幾乎是入口即化,而豬油香擴散在口中,面上灑上了一點Parmesan Cheese,更加完美。

白松露本來就不是常常會吃到,而且把它加到雪榚中,會是一個怎樣的結果?第一口吃下來,就是我跟另一半對望然後呆了一口,因為它的白松露味真的很突出,好香,不是那種會讓你卻步的味道,而配上開心果碎和蜜糖脆脆,是清新的配合


上網看到很多人討論都是討論它的龍蝦湯牛角包,好像有點集中錯了重點,其實它叫「享慢煮意」,看到它的餐廳名字,相信不難理解它主打的菜式是什麼,因為比較早的時間去光顧,原來老闆娘也在,和她聊了幾句,知道其實作為老闆的有名作被客人喜歡當然覺得很開心,也有很多人特意跑來吃牛角包,但同時也希望不要只是覺得這家店只有牛角包好吃,其實他們是很用心製作所有的食物,每一道菜都是廚師們的心思和心血,我也很希望來的食客除了嘗試牛角包以外,也吃吃這家店的主食類,晚餐在這裡吃真的很不錯!
