To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 適逢外母生日,朋友介紹下一於訂位試試,環境可以講係差,睇個餐牌價錢唔平,心諗可能物超所值,就叫左幾個小菜砂鍋臘味煲仔飯 見到人人叫,叫個試下,煲仔白飯面鋪滿臘味,上枱時才將蔥花、莞茜、花生配料撈勻,好香,飯比較乾身,味道不錯,但不適宜小孩食吊燒鱔非想象中好食,脆漿厚而鱔冇味,全靠南乳醬攞味,一般冰鎮墨魚墨魚切得太厚,要花時間咬,賣相求其,一般鐵板黑椒豬手我諗呢個係全晚最精彩,豬手肉霖,好惹味,皮唔覺肥,黑椒味剛好,好食西蘭花炒牛肉味道一般,牛肉'拿'到冇味好霖,唔掂炒聖子聖子新鮮冇沙,鼓椒味好夾,好食香煎咸魚肉餅肉餅面用粉太厚,雖然面脆但太乾,肉餅冇咸魚味,一般海味什菜煲啖味,所謂海味只見魷魚鬚和肉碎,味道一般椒盬九肚食咁多間店最差的應該係呢間,漿厚而不脆,魚細,想叫回水煎韭菜餃味道ok,即叫即煎,好食鼓油王筒蠔蠔太濕,鼓油重未上色,太早上碟,浪費左盒筒蠔,$120不值整體黎講,咁既價錢唔需要黎呢間,一次足夠
