The Chop House 在香港有兩間分店,尖沙咀店是較新的一間。餐廳門面用上型格的深啡色,招牌設計上除畫有一刀交代「Chop」的由來,也藉此簡介了餐廳所提供的各式美食。餐廳內部設計充滿復古風格,木製餐桌深色皮椅甚有懷舊氣氛。在天氣好的日子,更可選擇往外走走,到室外用餐區吹風賞月另有一番風味。頭盤 Chop Chop Salad with Grilled Prawns,是餐廳的招牌沙律,以萵苣、西洋菜、甜菜、紅椒、牛油果、蘑菇、酸豆及羊奶芝士拌勻而成,並澆以蜜糖芥末醬調味。菜蔬爽鮮,引入西洋菜作沙律亦頗為特別。牛油果與羊奶芝士均是相對味濃的材料,它們的出現能豐富沙律的味道及給予一份柔滑煙韌的口感。海蝦則是外加美饌,食味爽甜味道比預期佳。至於沙律用上的蜜糖芥末醬,口味甜甜的,亦討筆者歡喜。Crispy Cuban Rolls 是香口小吃,春卷外皮薄脆熱辣,餡料以慢煮豬肉碎為主,並混入了芥末酸瓜,味道微酸醒胃令人滿意。Roasted Chicken & Caramelized Onions Flat Bread 是以燒雞及焦糖洋蔥製作類似薄餅的小吃。以兩款主要餸料作比較,筆者更愛口味甜
