Restaurant: Tim Ho Wan, the Dim-Sum Specialists

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 假期與家人去食"下午茶",原以為假期要排長龍等位,誰知不用等便可入座了但這次的用餐環境和氣氛實在很差,甚至令人畏懼…我們用餐途中突然聽到廚房那邊有個師傅很惡很大聲地鬧緊一個女侍應,他不是說廣東話,所以不知內容,但中間聽到夾雜粗口,嘈吵環境用餐不在話下,難道知名餐廳是要客人以粗口拌飯的嗎?未幾,有個穿恤衫的女侍應上前了解,那個廚房師傅即說粗口責罵恤衫女侍應,更看到他拿起湯碗想擲向恤衫女侍應,期後更由廚房發狂似的跑出來追打她,我們看得目瞪口呆……那恤衫女侍應按住膊頭同頸喊哂,幸好有其他職員扯開那個廚房師傅,否則我會報警。當時在場還有遊客,外國人……難怪添好運的食物質素愈來愈差,由有星變沒有星,原來是這樣的粗人,一個打女人的男人烹調食物,這裏的管理也真的有待改善!我和家人快快吃完已點食物便立即埋單離開!
