To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

不負所望，執錯外賣

拜訪呢間譚仔三哥分店之前，上黎openrice見到只有兩個食評，兩個都異口同聲地負評，話呢間分店會漏單、執錯外賣，睇到我都有d驚，但我又好想食呢期熱推ge水煮鴨血米線，附近又最近呢間分店，咁都試下啦，諗住無咁橋唔會中我俾人執錯單掛。點知一打開外賣盒，發現呢間分店無令我失望，同其他openricer一樣，我得到一份執錯ge外賣，鴨血油條米線無左油條，蒜辣雞翼尖變左唔辣（我喺網上外賣平台落單ge，見到網上外賣平張單我無揀錯到，但譚仔打出黎張單就錯左）。講番個鴨血米線，其實幾好食，上網睇人話舊鴨血唔好食，但我覺得湯底同鴨血都唔血，可惜佢漏左單我試唔到油炸鬼好唔好食。另外雞翼尖都唔差，但因為佢俾錯唔辣我，試唔到蒜辣雞翼尖似唔似b仔嗰隻雞翼尖。總結，兩樣食品都值得試，幾好味，但建議大家去番其他可靠d ge分店會好d
