話說我老爸成日話三多扒餐同炸脾好食,但我一直都無去試,但今晚係做完運動嘅日子,決定鼓起勇氣去食。 呢間野嘅裝修完全沿用上手串燒舖,但呢個唔係重點,我覺得佢為咗慳返啲人手洗碗,用咗啲即棄碗碟,of course,呢啲都係無乜所謂嘅野。本來我係想試佢啲扒餐,但係我去食嗰時,都已經成9點,無哂鐵板食,頓時間我都唔知乜,唯有食佢隻馳名炸脾。 落單時,佢問我:BB辣、小辣定勁辣,我諗咗一諗,其實都幾surprise佢有得加辣,因為真係令我呢啲鍾意食辣嘅人,突然口水直流。由於雞髀即炸,所以我等到我老公碟飯都成咗一大半先嚟,但係我望住佢,覺得不枉我等咁耐,所有辣粉都係鋪哂係面皮脆而唔係用普通炸粉,咬咗啖仲見到好多油同肉汁係裡面,基本上,其實好快就已經KO 咗呢隻炸脾,而我最嬲係,我老公食咗好多啖,我剩返幾多食呢? 我係度諗如果下次再嚟,唔知可唔可以打定電話叫佢炸定,咁可能無等咁耐。

皮脆而唔係用普通炸粉,咬咗啖仲見到好多油同肉汁係裡面,基本上,其實好快就已經KO 咗呢隻炸脾,而我最嬲係,我老公食咗好多啖,我剩返幾多食呢?

我係度諗如果下次再嚟,唔知可唔可以打定電話叫佢炸定,咁可能無等咁耐。
