Restaurant: Eight Treasures
Info:

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

之前已經聽朋友講話清湯腩好好食,而係週末嘅時候經常去到已經沽清最好食嘅部位,今日專登喺平日午餐繁忙時間之前去,可以慢慢揀。去到落單嘅時候有啲心大心細唔知揀乜好，店員即刻好好人咁同我解釋唔同牛嘅部位有乜嘢分別。買咗崩沙腩同埋牛坑腩配粗麵同河粉，真係一試難忘！崩沙腩係咁多款牛腩入邊最肥嘅一款，牛坑腩屬於半肥瘦，佢哋兩款牛腩都好嫩滑。湯底有少少藥材味道，我好鍾意，唔怪得知咁受歡迎啦！真係要買多啲嚟食先得！呢間係好值得支持嘅店舖！
