To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

西營盤的街坊真有口福，有松屋這家隱世美味甜品小店♥️松屋店面小巧可愛，位子雖然比較少，但感受的到店員的用心與熱情，高水準的食物質素和親切的服務態度亦是獲得街坊、顧客們青睞的關鍵。我最推薦的是店內人氣王：《北海道牛奶原味梳乎厘》$58剛出爐的梳乎厘食起來有雲朵感覺，帶有空氣感，清柔軟綿、入口即化，無比蓬鬆與輕盈，重要的是沒有過多人工香料，給予吃貨簡單卻難忘的好滋味，絕對值十分滿分。而且份量算大，還配上一球自選雪糕，CP值極高！註：要品嚐現點現做的美味，是急不來的，所以建議吃貨們要耐心等待哦～除此之外，這家一定也是抹茶控的愛店，必點的《特製抹茶百匯》$68用料十足，有抹茶蕨餅、寒天&抹茶啫喱、十勝紅豆、白玉、sugar coated 粟米片以及兩球抹茶雪糕。欣賞老闆把這甜點的每一個細節都兼顧、講究，在搭配上花了不少心思，而且不計成本，用日本進口丸久小山園抹茶粉製作，有濃郁回甘的味道。週末而這兩道甜點作結，唇齒間都充滿甜香美味，非常滿足👅
