To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

無知嘅我因這一次社飯重新認識到荃灣區原來有又平又正嘅小館.充滿大排檔風味嘅椒鹽鮮魷、色香味俱全既薯仔牛柳粒、鹹甜得宜嘅豉油雞,無不在我口腔中徘徊.那炸粉下的熱度,魷魚上的椒鹽,合成一道金黃色的佳餚.充滿風味的薯仔襯托着黑色的狂野,有一種暴力美學嘅美感.入口即爆的雞油搭上無處不在的豉油,幸福的油滿感令人欲罷不能.小弟強烈推薦大家一試, 吃到忘我(如我)也只需留下百餘元,便能全身而退.但用餐環境過於熱鬧,建議同朋結伴,融入氣氛
