To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

鰂魚涌太古一帶都冇咩又平又正嘅日本料理但就係一條好少人行嘅小巷搵到好嘢六點幾到左唔係好多人，一入到去比佢個牆吸引左兩個人食叫咗兩個餐，每個餐跟埋飲品同湯同小食，麵豉湯稍為鹹咗少少，小食就有中華沙律，冇咩特別主食叫咗個照燒雞扒烏冬配芫荽湯，老闆極力推介，話係用新鮮芫荽打出嚟，每日淨係賣10碗果然冇介紹錯，個湯底一啲都唔喊，仲有一粒粒芫荽，加埋櫻花蝦調味，鍾意食芫荽嘅朋友一定要去試吓。男朋友叫咗個一口牛肉飯，都係好好味最特別係佢有啲娃娃菜加洋蔥，令到啲飯好有咬感牛肉咬落去好淋身整體都係性價比高，去開鰂魚涌嘅朋友可以去試試，尤其學生嘅話仲可以半價添啊
