To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

高溫令人昏昏欲睡, 外出午飯也沒甚胃口; 同事說不想到太擠迫的餐廳, 這間小小的cafe, 正好讓熱得像狗的我們好好休息 ; cafe 只有約十多個座位, 即使坐滿人空間也不太擠湧, 想是高高樓底的影響吧! 大熱的中午實在吃不下熱食, 剛好又星期一, 就來過GREEN MONDAY吧!  這個蕃茄干秋葵素意粉, 帶來滿滿驚喜; 蕃茄干一般不太便宜, 這個意粉卻毫不吝嗇給了不少, 秋葵雖然只有兩條, 不過清爽的味道剛好調劑了蕃茄干及意粉醬的濃郁,  秋葵也煮得剛好, 簡單汆燙沒有讓它的黏液變得太滑潺潺的口感 ; 意粉也煮得沒有黏刺刺的口感, 再加上幾把香口的菘子, 整個意粉在這高溫天氣下, 讓人吃得心涼爽快

Other Info. : 這餐廳其實主打是品味咖啡, 據聞餐廳老闆稍有來頭, 此店的咖啡也水準不俗, 下次趁天氣不那麼熱, 就一定要來參透參透了.
