To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 呢幾日天氣凍凍哋，為食豬都專登揀啲食完暖粒粒嘅嘢食。聽為食豬講快餐店都有最殘忍嘅飯--煲仔飯食，見咁方便又抵食就一試啦。臘腸豉椒雞煲飯($45): 煲仔飯都幾大個，餸就相對少，食到最尾有少少唔夠餸。臘腸肥瘦適中，豉椒雞都幾滑但唔夠入味。為食豬幾鍾意佢有香脆菜脯吊下味，仲有啲菜粒感覺健康啲。鴛鴦肉餅煲仔飯($45): 本來對呢款冇咁大期望，點知佢好仲味啲。牛肉餅幾滑，同酒樓嘅牛肉球基本一樣，豬肉餅最好味，有啲咬口，最正係有淡淡咸魚嘅香味。估唔到快餐店嘅煲仔飯都唔錯，甚至拍得住油麻地出咗名嘅煲仔飯店，雖然唔係用炭爐，但依然有大量飯焦。仲有，呢度勝在唔使排隊仲好抵食。
