與不吃辣的朋友來到川菜店,在小心的觀察下發覺其實也有不少不辣的食品可供選擇的。必選的冷盤前菜小食必然是涼拌青瓜及蒜泥白肉。前者很清新,拌上陳醋令清爽的感覺加倍。雖然已經入冬,但這樣的清新菜式絕對是很好的開胃菜。蒜泥白肉同樣是肉質爽口,配以蒜香,就像是叫口腔及胃部作好準備,去迎接將會有更多的美食。這味香菜炒牛肉的香菜與芫茜很似,但感覺較淡一些,更易入口。牛肉的肉質嫩滑,有牛味,很讚。另一個主食是糖醋魚,調味不錯,酸甜適中。因為是淡水魚,魚味但點鯹,但肉質還可。最後也離不開四季豆,火喉控制得不錯,炒得不會太硬或太軟,很易入口,叫人吃完一條又一條。
